Victoria Rose

Victoria Rose is a Practice Admin at the Albany office of Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, where she provides support for the attorney team.

Originally from Baltimore, MD, Victoria moved to the Capital District in the fall of 2025.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Victoria worked for a global learning and development company where she managed the finances and accounting for their IT department, built and managed their annual budget, managed vendor contracts and relationships, provided project coordination and support, procurement of IT equipment and more.

Victoria spent several years with the American Red Cross Greater Chesapeake Region in blood services as a phlebotomist and then moved into their education department where she provided in classroom and OTJ training, as well as completed competency and FDA required assessments. Victoria moved from the medical field to the corporate world in 2014 where she worked in Accounts Receivable and eventually managed a team with an aging of over $12 million.

In 2021, Victoria completed the Aveda Institute’s Esthetics program and is also a licensed Esthetician in Maryland. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys bike riding, camping, and learning new recipes.
