As Business Operations Manager, Ronald reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Areas of focus for Ronald will be supporting firm leadership in developing and implementing business strategies, operational initiatives and process improvements designed to increase efficiency, productivity, revenue growth, and overall organizational performance. Ronald will also assist with new office openings and market expansion initiatives.
Ronald brings comprehensive experience in previous leadership positions to Tully Rinckey, with experience in the student transportation and logistics software market as well as in Information Technology. He was previously the General Manager of an Albany, NY Managed Services Provider (MSP), where he was responsible for business development, facilities management, and personnel.
Ronald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications from The College of St. Rose in Albany, NY.
