Peter Nawojski

Peter Nawojski is the Senior Controller for Tully Rinckey PLLC, where he is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s accounting transactions and financial reporting. As a key member of the Tully Rinckey management team, Peter manages the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, assisting with the financial management of the firm, preparing monthly financial statements and reports, and managing preparation of all related account analyses. Peter continually assesses and evaluates accounting processes and internal controls, collaborates with the CFO and the entire management team to identify and implement improvement strategies, and manages accounting and vendor management staff.

Peter has more than 25 years of experience working with and managing law firm finance departments, with a strong knowledge of building budgets, forecasting and strategic planning and growth initiatives in the legal industry.

Most recently, Peter served as Director of Finance for Goldberg Segalla in Buffalo, and was previously the Controller for Lewis, Longman & Walker in West Palm Beach, Florida. He also served as Controller for Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP in Buffalo.
