Molly Tocin

Molly Tocin is a community engagement and operations professional with extensive experience building strategic partnerships, leading events, and advancing mission-driven initiatives. Before joining Tully Rinckey, Molly served in leadership roles within the workforce development and nonprofit sectors, where she managed organizational operations, fundraising, events, and relationships with community, business, and government partners. She is passionate about connecting people and organizations, creating meaningful community impact, and helping others succeed. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and coaching youth sports.
