Madison Das serves as Senior Business Operations Manager at Tully Rinckey, where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across the firm. With a strong foundation in legal consulting and systems implementation, Madison ensures that attorneys and support teams are equipped with optimized processes and technologies to deliver high-quality legal services.

Before joining Tully Rinckey, Madison provided technical project management and operations consulting to several law firms as part of a legal case management system start-up, including clients within AMLAW 200, built on the Salesforce platform. Her work focused on implementing enterprise software-as-a-service solutions, improving cross-functional workflows, and aligning operational strategies with firm-wide objectives.

Madison graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, where she independently published research in medical sociology and revisionary education. Her work earned recognition at multiple conferences, where she traveled to present her findings on panels and through talks. In 2020, she shifted her focus to healthcare operations, leveraging Salesforce in a hospital setting to support local populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience marked the beginning of her commitment to using systems and strategy to drive meaningful, community-centered impact.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys diving into a good book, picking up new languages, redesigning her living space one project at a time, and following her pit bull, Kurama, around the house.
