As a senior member of the Client Services Department at Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Kim offers support and guidance to the Director of Client Services regarding staff development and process improvement. The primary objective of Kim’s position is to strengthen the client experience while ensuring that clients receive the best possible service; from the initial call for a consultation, through the end of a legal life cycle. Kim’s other duties include spearheading training initiatives with new Client Relations Associates.
Kim is a customer service veteran, having served within the client services industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining the firm, Kim gained valuable experience working for another local law firm.
