I spent over 14 years at M.M. Hayes, beginning my career as a Support Technician before moving into Implementations and ultimately serving as Director of Implementations. During my time in Implementations, I led projects for Fortune 500 clients including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fidelity, and major healthcare organizations across the U.S.
As Director, I managed and mentored a team of 10–16 Project Managers while building and scaling a Project Management Office (PMO) over five years. I am currently expanding my formal credentials to align with my experience, pursuing PMP and Advanced Scrum certifications.
