Hollie L. Miller is Director of Learning and Development for Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, where she manages a range of projects related to enhancing employee knowledge, skills, and capabilities to improve individual and organizational performance. It involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs, as well as fostering a culture of continuous learning. With a dual background in educational technology and curriculum design, Hollie has led transformative initiatives across corporate, higher education, and technology sectors.
As Senior Strategic Learning Consultant at LinkedIn, Hollie spearheaded global go-to-market enablement initiatives, including the redesign of onboarding programs and the development of scalable, tech-enabled learning solutions for sales and operations teams. Previously, she held senior roles at ServiceNow and Strategic Education, Inc., where she partnered with executives and cross-functional leaders to align learning strategies with business outcomes, strengthen operational foundations, and build a culture of continuous learning.
Hollie holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Dakota State University, a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from The University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing Arts from The State of New York, College at Oswego. Along with her degrees, she also holds a Nielsen Norman Group UX certification, which she uses to bring user-centered design into every program she creates. What excites her most about her work is helping people not just learn but apply their learning in ways that make a measurable impact on business outcomes.
Outside of work Hollie can be found among the Capital District community theater crowd both onstage performing and backstage stage management.
