As the Recruiting Operations Lead Heather works closely with the Director of Recruiting and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruiting Team.
Heather studied Anthropology and Linguistics as an undergraduate at SUNY Albany and has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. She has administrative experience in a variety of fields from manufacturing, to energy generation, to pharmaceutical education and patient advocacy. Heather is especially interested in the individuality of each person’s experience and perspectives.
