Dolores DeSalvo

Dolores DeSalvo, J.D., is the Business Operations Manager – Legal Administration for Tully Rinckey America Services Corp. based in the firm’s Albany office. Dolores has more than 30 years of business operations and leadership experience, including Fortune 500 companies and legal experience in both the public and private sectors.

Dolores is a strategic thinker who brings exceptional skills in the areas of business operations, organizational/leadership development, training, and Human Resources to Tully Rinckey. Her expertise in Action Learning and root-cause analysis has resulted in a proven history of solving complex problems.  She possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and builds high trust external and internal client relationships at all levels of the organization.

Dolores most recently worked with a Capital Region law firm as the Director of its Mass Torts Department and “Smart Advocate” Case Management System. She also worked in Counsel’s Office with the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities as well as the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports.

Dolores obtained her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School with a concentration in Business Law and a B.S. in Business, Management, and Economics from SUNY Empire State. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a lifelong learner. She loves time with her family, friends and cats; reading, music and cheering on the New York Yankees.
