Crystal Espinal

Crystal Espinal is a client relations receptionist in Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation’s (TRASC) Albany, NY, office. There, Crystal assists in directing all callers and clients to the appropriate destination. Crystal takes pride in making sure all callers are fully satisfied with their calls and where they are being directed, always maintaining a positive attitude. Her great customer service skills, along with her attention to detail, make her an invaluable member of the client relations team at TRASC.

Crystal has a keen interest in law, currently studying for her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Southern New Hampshire University. She also plans to study criminal law afterward.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys crocheting and spending time with her kids.
