As Chief Administrative Officer for Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Conor reports directly to and assists the Global Chief Operating Officer with day-to-day global operations for the firm’s Client Relations, Legal Administrative, and Recruiting Departments, while increasing overall program and process efficiency with a focus on a client standard-of-care mindset.

Conor monitors and sustains this Client driven culture by developing and implementing strategic, tactical initiatives related to Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation global mission and values including Integrity, Efficiency, and Innovation. Since joining Tully Rinckey in 2016, Conor has planned and directed many Client Relations management automation projects within our Client Relations and Legal Administrative Departments that have expanded the firm’s ability to better serve its clients.

Conor is self-motivated, persistent, analytical, results-focused and flexible, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Through these value-added experiences and qualifications, Conor also supports day-to- day operational tasks and work product approval requests by working closely with the entire Firm’s Executive team, capturing business opportunities, improving operational performance, reducing costs, adapting to challenges and overcoming obstacles, while being creative in conceiving strategies and executing plans.

A native of California by way of Huntington, New York, Conor earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Policy from SUNY Plattsburgh.
