As the Director of Client Services at the Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Conor manages projects related to operations, business growth and the overall improvement of client satisfaction. These initiatives span the areas of process improvement, client relations and adaptation of new programs.

Conor oversees a team of approximately a dozen employees who collectively share the focus of ensuring superior client satisfaction; from the initial point of contact, through the end of a client’s legal matter. The entire Client Relations team also has the ability to cross-market our legal resources by identifying whether or not a client requires legal services covered under additional practice areas.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Conor obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in criminal justice from SUNY Plattsburgh. As an undergraduate, Conor belonged to the university’s NCAA Division III lacrosse team. Conor relocated from San Diego, California, after completing an internship for Sen. Joel Anderson’s office.
