Christian Dickinson

As Director of Recruiting for Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Christian reports directly to and assists the Chief Administrative Officer with day-to-day recruiting efforts while developing overall program and process efficiency.  Christian is responsible for leading Tully Rinckey’s recruiting efforts, strategic direction and objectives of the recruiting department, which in turn supports the business’s growth while simultaneously maintaining the culture and quality standards.  .

Christian has experience in Human Resources Management, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition,  Employee Relations, and Operations for select industries that have prepared him to be an influence from a smaller business up to a larger corporation.  Christian’s industry focused experience ranges working as a Director of Human Resources in logistics, retail and legal services industries, AVP in mortgage sales, and Service Director in facilities management.

Christian has created plans to develop and maintain social media accounts, community engagement and company websites while increasing the traffic flow through online and in person campaigns providing a stream of potential hires, information, leads, funnel of future talent, service and connectivity to its employees, customers, families and communities.

Christian earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Alfred University.
