As Human Resources Manager for Tully Rinckey I am responsible for Payroll/Benefits Administration, Orientation/Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees. I work with all departments to develop continuing development initiatives while serving the Community and Employees through Morale and Involvement Initiatives.
I handle all human resources tasks and oversee that safety is a priority every day.
I have experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations and Operations for select industries that have prepared me to be an influence from a smaller business up to a larger Corporation. Management Development, HR Strategy, Program Management, Workforce Planning Management/Retention, on boarding, payroll, Cobra/HR Rules and Regulations, Medical Benefits Planning, HR Policies, HR Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and improving process development daily to continue to strive to build the best company through collaborative interdepartmental efforts. I have many years of experience working directly as a Director in HR, AVP in Mortgage Sales, Director in Facilities Management, Director in Truck Driver Education and Recruiting, Inside/Outside Industrial Chemical Sales and Payroll/Benefits selection/administration with strategic current and future operations planning.
I’ve also created plans to develop and maintain social media accounts, community engagement and Company websites while increasing the traffic flow through online and in person campaigns providing a stream of potential hires, information, leads, funnel of future talent, service and connectivity to it’s employees, customers, families and communities. Basically, I understand how to deal with many different styles of employees and clientele positively.
