Carole Barden

Carole brings a multifaceted background to her role at Tully Rinckey PLLC, with professional experience in legal administration, healthcare compliance, and fitness.

Before joining the firm, she worked most recently as a paralegal focused on national healthcare licensing for pharmacies, wholesalers, and 3PLs, along with tracking pharmacy-related legislation and regulations. Carole earned her degree in Political Science from SUNY Albany, where she developed a strong foundation in public policy and legal systems. Her academic background, combined with her extensive hands-on experience in healthcare law, has equipped her with a unique perspective on operational efficiency and legal support.

Currently, Carole serves as a Practice Administrator in the Operations Department, where she supports workflow across legal teams, streamlines administrative processes, and helps drive efficiency in firm operations.

Outside of the law, Carole has also spent over two decades as a fitness professional. She employs a people-first approach and works to bring positivity into all groups she leads. She continues to enjoy mud and obstacle races, all kinds of sports, and time with her two boys.
