Angela Yezzo is the Client Intake Manager at Tully Rinckey,  where she manages a range of projects related to the operations, business growth and the overall improvement of client satisfaction. Since joining Tully Rinckey in 2022, Angela has excelled in the Client Relations Department with her critical thinking and communication skills as well as her extensive attention to detail which makes her a great asset to the department. Angela serves on the firm’s Client Assurance Committee, contributing to initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, strengthen service standards, and uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence. Angela’s involvement reflects a strong focus on continuous improvement and a deep understanding of client needs.

As Manager of the Client Relations Reception Team, Angela leads a high-performing group responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for all incoming callers and clients. Angela also acts as Deputy to the Director of Client Relations, providing strategic support in managing client engagement efforts, implementing service protocols, and coordinating across departments to maintain a seamless client experience.

Prior to Tully Rinckey, Angela has over 6 years of early childcare experience where she previously worked as an on-site Supervisor and a Lead Infant Teacher at a local daycare center. In Angela’s free time she likes to cook, bake, spend time with family and friends.
