William Coppola

Billy Coppola is a Human Resource Associate located in the firm’s Albany headquarters where he is responsible for assisting the Human Resource department in various duties.

Before joining the firm, Billy worked as an Environmental Program Specialist for the New York State Department of Conservation for the previous two years. Before that they worked in Los Angeles mainly as a HRIS Implementation specialist. Working for companies like Hulu, Disney, Alo Yoga, University of California, and Universal Music Group over a 5-year span. During that time my role was assisting in implementing their new HRIS Systems. After two years in the Environmental field, William missed the HR/Payroll field and that is what led him to Tully Rinckey’s HR Department.

William recently received a Bachelor of Science with an Ecology Specialization in 2023 and obtained a bachelor’s in business administration in 2015.
