Violet Roman

Violet Roman is the Firm Office Manager who recently moved here from California and was a senior paralegal at the Veterans Law Group in San Diego. Violet is an Army Combat Veteran and served in the Gulf war in the medical field and then spent almost 30 years working in Healthcare where she obtained her Masters in Healthcare Administration and Education. As an Executive Assistant for a hospital system with 4000 employees, Violet taught new hire orientation, team building, leadership courses and conflict resolution. She was instrumental in creating curriculum for nursing education and served as the manager for student interns. In 2012, Violet was selected as only one of 30 culture champions for the hospital system where she helped train medical staff relocating to a new billion dollar hospital. Violet also taught public speaking at the Adult school until her move and was a notary public in the state of California as well.
