As the Human Resources Manager for Tully Rinckey, Michael is responsible for a variety of tasks involved in managing the employee life cycle, including but not limited to managing payroll and benefits administration, conducting opening orientation and onboarding, and managing offboarding of all employees.
Michael has over a decade’s worth of experience in the field of human resources, having experience working as a director of human resources, human resource manager, as well as a human resource generalist. Additionally, he has experience working with employers of all sizes and varying in industries from education and retail to member-based services. Throughout these positions, Michael was involved in a variety of activities including recruitment, administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and much more.
Michael’s passion for human resources comes from his simple desire to help employees succeed. He loves what he does and is always willing to collaborate with other professionals and peers to make sure the company’s entire employee experience is satisfactory from the moment individuals apply to when they leave.
