Kevin Kennedy

As Business Operations Manager for Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Kevin directly assists the Chief Operating Officer with day-to- day operations while increasing overall efficiency. He is able to do this by developing and implementing strategic, tactical initiatives related to the firm’s growth, as well as continually analyzing and improving the firm’s processes, policies and procedures.

Before joining Tully Rinckey Kevin held key management and leadership positions in a variety of disciplines working in the semiconductor industry.  Previous management experience includes Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Client Mgmt., and Business Transformation focusing on process improvements and cost savings.

Kevin is responsible for engaging with all areas within the firm to drive continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and transformation efforts.  Kevin will be leveraging the talent and expertise of Tully Rinckey’s cross-functional teams to improve operations and meet our business objectives.
